Inclusion
Football should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, background or experience.
Our Future
Wroughton & Wichelstowe FC aims to be a welcoming, inclusive and sustainable community football club that provides opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy, develop and thrive through football.
Our Mission
WWFC exists to provide safe, affordable and accessible football opportunities for our local community.
Through dedicated volunteers, qualified coaches and strong community partnerships, we aim to support participation, development, inclusion and enjoyment across boys, girls, adult, pan-disability and recreational football.
Wellbeing & Life Skills
We recognise the important role sport can play in supporting the mental wellbeing & social development of children and young people.
Through football, players learn to build confidence, manage emotions, respond to setbacks, show empathy towards teammates and opponents, and develop resilience, communication and teamwork.
Our Values
Football should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, background or experience.
We are proud to be a community-focused club built on the commitment of volunteers, families and local supporters.
We support players, coaches and volunteers in achieving their potential through learning, opportunity and positive experiences.
We recognise that football can help young people build confidence, resilience and healthy ways of responding to success, disappointment and setbacks.
We promote respect for teammates, opponents, officials, volunteers and the wider community.
Football should be fun, rewarding and memorable for everyone involved.
At WWFC, success is measured not only by results on the pitch, but by the positive impact we have on players, families, volunteers and the wider community.
